A card on file and a $50 deposit and $5 booking fee will be required at the end of the process. Cancellations can be done through the confirmation link at least 72 hours in advance. All cancellations after the grace period will forfeit their deposit. Proper communication is expected. Same day cancellations will be charged a $20 fee on top of the deposit amount. Excessive tardiness will not be tolerated. After 10 minutes there will be a $15 late fee. There is a 20 minute grace period, extensive delays will result in a shorter appointment which may affect the final outcome of your desired set. Appointments will be canceled if tardiness exceeds 25 minutes and will be considered a same day cancellation. I will hold myself accountable if there are delays on my end and honor a $15 discount in accordance with my late fee.
